Traditionally used in herbal medicine, birch and blackcurrant are known for their diuretic action. Senna, for its part, acts as a stimulant laxative that helps relieve occasional short-term constipation. Together, these plants create a purifying and rebalancing infusion, ideal for supporting the body in a natural detoxification process, while providing a feeling of lightness and well-being.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Each sachet contains:

• 370 mg Betula pendula leaf (Birch)

• 150 mg Filipendula ulmaria flowering top (Meadowsweet) • 230 mg Glycyrrhiza glabra root (Licorice)

• 300 mg Ribes nigrum leaf (Blackcurrant)

• 450 mg Senna alexandrina leaf (Senna)

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE (ADULTS): Take 1 single dose (1 sachet) at bedtime. Infuse in 1 cup (150 ml) of boiling water for 5 to 15 minutes in a covered container.

– Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products

– Ensure adequate fluid intake

– Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effects to occur

– Take 2 to 3 times a week. If the effect is not obtained, take up to 1 dose per day
